Return Policy

Our policy lasts 72 working hours from the time your product is delivered. If 72 hours have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange.

Returns are accepted only if the product is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect item delivered

The product must be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Open cosmetic products

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refund Policy

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as Wallet Credit, which can be used for future purchases.
  2. Order Update Policy: Orders can be updated within 12 hours of placement. No updates will be entertained after this period.
  3. If a shipment is refused, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and handling costs.

Commitment to Quality Excellence

We ensure consistent quality, especially in fragrances. Fragrance perception is subjective, and refunds or replacements will not be provided solely based on personal scent preferences.

For concerns related to fragrance or quality, customers must provide lab test reports to facilitate thorough investigation and verification before resolutions are made.

Product Quality Issues

If you encounter quality issues:

  • Contact our customer care.
  • Securely package the product to avoid transit damage.

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. After receiving the product, it will undergo a lab quality check. If a defect is confirmed, a replacement will be provided. Courier charges are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit. If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to them.

  • No cancellations for missing discount codes. Verify all details before finalizing your order.
